more newsThe town of Sevlievo is situated in Central Northern Bulgaria, near to the geographical center of the country, at 178 km (110 mi.) from the capital Sofia and at 238 km (148 mi.) from the city of Varna.
The above-sea level altitude of the town is 201 m, but that is the lowest point of the district.
Some peaks on the ridge of the Old Mountain reach as high as 1900 m above-sea level and the mean altitude of the semi-mountain area is between 400 and 700 m. The climate is moderate-continental with large temperature amplitude between the highest and the lowest annual temperatures - 30/35oC (86/95 deg F) in the summer and -20/-25oC (-4/-13 deg F) in the winter.
The whole district has a total area of 1040 sq. km. (401 sq. mi.). One part of it is covered with deciduous high-stem forest, meadows and pastures and 420 000 dekares are agricultural.
The natural resources of the district are concentrated in three main sectors - wood for industrial and domestic purposes, agricultural land, which produces crops of almost all kinds of cultures common for this geographical zone and water sources providing drinkable water, irrigation and industrial water. The search for ores and minerals hasn’t shown any results.
The presence of substantial masses of forests in the Southern higher part of the district provides large water resources. Their catchment basins give the beginning of two larger rivers – The Rositsa and The Vidima, which merge immediately next to the town and their common waters fill one of the largest artificial water basins in Bulgaria – the Alexander Stamboliyski dam.
In the last few decades the Sevlievo district has achieved the status of a serious industrial center with well-developed agriculture and transport infrastructure. Most industrial productions are situated in town but some of them are taken outside of it.

2. Storage facilities for materials - sectional one-storey construction with total spread out area 300 sq. m. Roof concrete with hydro-isolation; floor - concrete; joinery - metal construction.
3. Production building - sectional one-storey construction with total spread out area 1 128 sq. m. Roof concrete with hydro-isolation; joinery - metal construction; floor - terracotta. Within the building there are separate premises for transformer unit and switchboards, service premises and offices.
4. Storage facilities for ready production - sectional one-storey building with total spread out area 432 sq. m. Roof concrete with hydro-insulation; joinery – metal construction. Inside the building there are separate rooms for an automatic telephone exchange and two offices.
5. Administration Building - solid two-storey building with total spread out area 720 sq. m. Roof - roof tiles and shaped galvanized steel plate; joinery - wooden and aluminum; floor - terracotta and linoleum.
6. Living premises - solid two-storey building with total spread out area 600 sq. m. Roof - concrete with hydro-isolation; floor - tessellated and parquet; joinery - wooden.
7. Press department - sectional one-storey building with total spread out area 288 sq. m. Roof - shaped galvanized steel plate; joinery – metal construction; floor – concrete.
8. Sectional storage facilities- roofing construction with total spread out area 144 sq. m. Roof - shaped galvanized steel plate; floor - concrete.
9. Repair workshop and production area - scaffold-panel steel-concrete one-storey building with total spread out area 463 sq. m. How to receive the gifts?
- All clients of Mirela will receive their gifts after accomplishing their estate deals.
