Pamporovo, the pearl of Bulgarian resorts is located in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, a 260 km from the capital Sofia, 85 km south
of Plovdiv and 15 km from Smolyan. Pamporovo ski slopes have varying degrees of difficulty, so whether you are beginners or experienced skiers, driving on them is an unforgettable pleasure. Project
The settlement is located on an area of 8000 square meters The project envisages construction of 34 luxury furnished single-family
houses with standard models from 140 to 205 square meters, playground for kids, office building for services, security and catering establishment.
Each of the houses will have fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, a spacious veranda, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms with toilets to them. 22 of the houses have basement level, which will have a sauna, Jacuzii, winter garden with a fireplace. For all owners are provided parking places for cars and yard. The houses are with local heating and fireplaces.
Siesta 1 offers its residents and prospective owners all modern conveniences for comfortable holiday and rest.
The village is close type with one entrance and one exit with one way traffic along asphalt road , rich landscaping, lighting, video ob servation of each building. Access is with magnetic card and strictly controlled by security. Year-round maintenance is also provided
