Velingrad is a town in Bulgaria and one of the most popular Bulgarian balneological resorts. It lies at the western end of Chepino Valley, part of the Rhodope Mountains in Southern Bulgaria.

Project

Three-storey building with a total built-up area of 585 sq.m. In the basement there are six cellar units and three garages. Each floor takes two apartments.

The building is projected and will be build with a solid reinforced construction, consisting of within-storey floor constructions. The exterior and the interior partition walls are brick-made, which allows a qualitive brickwork afterwards.

Heatinsulation will be made of 5 cm. stable, facade expanded polistyrol, burn-resistant, with excellent heatinsulating qualities, a good permeability (letting the insulated building to breathe).

Payment

The price of the apartments forms from the building completion, as follows:

• First level (reaching elevation 0.00) - 660 EUR/sq.m.
• Second level (reaching roof cornice) - 850 EUR/sq.m
• Third level (after reaching roof cornice) - 950 EUR/sq.m.

Possibility for a garage - 500 EUR/sq.m.
