In order one building to receive an occupation permit /Act 16/ it is not necessary to feature completely finished apartments according to the Bulgarian legislation, if the preliminary contract or the final one with the buyer or according to the established document for building permit /superfiction/ is on condition that the buyer doesn’t want finishing works.
Most of the times the developers offer for sale newly built properties with no finishing works – only with plastered walls and ceilings and the future owners have to envisage additional sum for the completion of their apartments.
